- After staying in final position of shirshasana salamba ( 3 ) change the position of hands by folding both hands in such a way that elbows and folded forearms are on floor .

- After staying in final position of Badhha Hasta Shirshasana change the position of hands by opening and stretching the arms straight out in front of chest towards the feets and rest back of elbows on floor with palms up .
